Why are there two payments?
You pay the item cost first so we can buy fast before it sells to someone else. International shipping is charged later, after we weigh your actual consolidated box — so you never overpay on estimated weight.
What can I buy?
Anything on Bunjang or Joongna except prohibited items: standalone batteries, aerosols, food, and counterfeit goods.
How do you handle condition disputes?
Every item is photographed at intake before it ever ships to you. If we find damage the listing didn’t mention, we flag it and you decide — keep it or have us handle a return with the seller.
What currencies do you support?
All quotes are in USD, charged via PayPal. The exchange rate is locked when we quote you and honored for 48 hours.
Do you cover customs and duties?
Shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — any import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Most small photocard orders fall under de minimis thresholds.
