Terms of Service

1. Service

PocaPort provides proxy purchasing, inspection, storage, consolidation, and international forwarding of goods purchased from Korean secondhand marketplaces on your behalf and at your instruction.

2. Payments

All charges are quoted in USD and processed via PayPal in two phases: (1) item cost, domestic shipping, and service fees at purchase time; (2) international shipping and options after consolidation. Quotes are valid for 48 hours from issuance.

3. Secondhand goods

Items are used goods sold by third-party individuals. Condition is documented by our inspection reports at intake. Claims regarding condition must reference the published inspection report.

4. Prohibited items

We do not purchase or ship standalone batteries, aerosols, food items, or counterfeit goods.

5. Customs & duties

All shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

6. Refunds

If a purchase fails (sold out, unresponsive seller), you receive a full refund of the first payment. Refunds after successful purchase are handled case by case.
